Rotary Positioner

The client needed to build prototype devices more quickly and easily. The technician needed both hands to work on the device, and frequently had to stop to manually rotate the part.

Solution:

Built a semi-automatic rotary positioner, operated by a footswitch. This freed both of the operator’s hands to work on the device.
